November 15, 2019Seventh All-Russian Congress of Agricultural Cooperatives "Dynamics and quality of agricultural cooperation development".
On November 15, 2019, the members of the Union took part in the Seventh All-Russian Congress of Agricultural Cooperatives "Dynamics and Quality of Agricultural Cooperation Development", Moscow. At the congress, the issues of state support for agricultural cooperation implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, including within the framework of the Federal Project "Creating a system of support for farmers and the development of rural co-operation", and the main promising areas of support for small businesses in 2020, were voiced. A report on the development of agricultural cooperation, issues of legal support for agricultural cooperation, compliance with the cooperative principles of obtaining state support was presented.
So, it was considered by practitioners in the field of wholesale distribution center on the basis of PSPK "Aesir" of the Chechen Republic, in support of the project for construction of the center for food technology OF SAKHAAGROPRODUKT of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (co-op II level, combining 8 of agricultural cooperatives of level I and 11 of thousands of shareholders), the development project of SPK "AGROSOYUZ" of the Republic of Tuva and others.
During the period 2017-2019 260 projects agricultural financial support within the NHS in 65 regions of Russia totaling 6.6 billion.
