On December 10, 2020, representatives of the Technopark in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug held a round table “Development of the key segment of the NTI FoodNet market“ Available organic ”.
The event was attended by companies that are part of the cluster of procurers and processors of wild plants in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, including resident companies of the Technopark of High Technologies, implementing innovative projects in the field of food production from wild plants.
Speakers on the entry into the market of affordable organic matter, standardization, certification of production processes and product lines were Mironenko O.V. – Executive Director of the National Union of Producers and Consumers of Organic Products (Moscow), T.I. Kukhorenko – Executive Director TPC «SAVA», representative of the Union of Procurers and Processors of Wild Grows "(Tomsk), Firsova K.A. – leading expert of the certification company «Organic expert» (Moscow city), inspector «Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH»(Germany). It is important to note that at present 3 national standards have been approved that regulate the production of organic products in the Russian Federation:
- ГОСТ Р 56104-2014 «Organic food products. Terms and Definitions».
- ГОСТ Р 57022-2016 «Organic products. The procedure for voluntary certification of organic production».
- Interstate standard ГОСТ 33980-2016 «Organic products, rules for production, processing, labeling and sale (САС/GL 32-1999),NEQ».
Work in progress on the project ГОСТ Р «Organic products from wild-growing raw materials. Rules for collection, procurement, processing, storage, transportation and labeling».
The Union of Wild Plant Procurers and Producers fully supports the development of organic production in Russia, considers this direction the most promising in the Russian and foreign organic markets.
